Raymond R. Reid Transportation Limited is located in the Bay of Quinte region and owned and operated by Jason Reid.

Raymond Reid started the business in 1972 with a modified 1966 GMC one ton truck and a home built roll-off. Over the next two decades Raymond added more equipment including a back hoe and tandem axle diesel rolloff to continue to grow his business even as he continued to work full-time driving fuel tanker for Texaco Canada.

In 1985 Raymond R. Reid Transportation Limited was official born and became incorporated. Over the next three decades the business continued to grow and expand with more employees and more equipment until 2015 when Raymond’s son Jason Reid took the helm after having been a part of the business himself since 1996.

Personal service is, and always has been, very important to Reid Transportation – speaking directly with customers and reviewing their needs in-person to ensure that the right services are provided in the time they need it. Communication is key to ensuring that the work is completed on time, with the right number of people, and the right number of trucks and equipment.
